Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

When Clyde retires and has the time to join me at Yoga class I doubt he will.  I can't seem to keep my mouth shut about my love/hate opinion of it.  I love what it does for my body but I HATE doing it. 

At the beginning of the last class my teacher asked how everyone was feeling.  I said fine but in my mind I said, "Well, I am here in this Torture Chamber so how do you think I feel?  Of course, I had to tell that to Clyde later that day. 

My Yoga chant is, I hate yoga, I hate yoga, I hate yoga. 

Yet, I intend to go to class two days a week and on the other days I have my own smaller practice. I will do this as long as I can. 

Yes, it does that much for you.
