Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

I am still practicing Yoga every day and still complaining about it.  Don't misunderstand.  It does great things for the body and I will practice until I am no longer around but my mantra is still I hate Yoga, I hate Yoga, I hate Yoga. 

I wish I hadn't told Clyde that. I think he would benefit from practicing it, too.  I have an online zoom class with friends Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The other days I select 30 minute practices from Youtube. Just can't make myself practice an hour every day. 

The other day when Clyde walked by and heard the Youtube teacher say, "Lift your fingers high into the sky!". Clyde added but don't hit the light bulb on the way up. 

He said something a week ago that I thought was funnier but I am always mindful to keep my blog PG. 

Anyway, you can imagine what he said when he referred to several fingers being lifted high in the sky. LOL!
