Yesterday my son's girl friend came over for some Chinese food.

Afterwards they decided to get a movie from Alan's collection and watch it in the living room. They chose Rush Hour.

Howling laughter! It was great to hear them having such a nice time!

I taught for twenty years at a University and did the best I could. I received very high evaluations and met a lot of nice students.

I retired in 2011 and I have been having nightmares ever since. In these dreams things go horribly wrong in class. I had one last night.

Am I ever going to stop dreaming about teaching?

We got our new printer going after a lot of problems and it printed out a color sample.

Fine, but when I try to print out a color photograph, it defaults to black and white and we have searched all over the settings and can't figure it out.

Oh well. We may have to call in a young friend once again.

Cheers on an aggravating Tuesday.

Our cable, internet, and phone service was off due to a downed cable last night.

The service provider estimated we would get it back today at 5:00pm.

Well, it came back on at 10:50 and I was able to get to my Zoom Yoga class for the last forty minutes!

Glad to get that in!

I know going to the store to get some much needed items isn't exactly an adventure, but this hobbit needs to get out of the house.

Too much time on the computer.

Time to explore some stores!

When our friends arrived last night they were excited about seeing a Hitchcock movie and liked Vertigo very much.

Since they like Hitchcock I was surprised that they had not seen it.

Anyway, lots of fun. I do love a wide range of movies. Now I am thinking about the next one.

No. I am not planning on getting dizzy.

It is movie night and friends are coming over for dinner and a movie.

I am not a big Hitchcock fan but I think Vertigo is fantastic! If you haven't seen it, check it out!

Last night I was cooking some chicken that I use for sandwiches. I forgot to set the timer and since I did not smell it cooking I forgot about it.

When I got in bed I realized I had not gotten the chicken out of the oven. I ran down and turned it off and there wasn't any chicken in the oven. It was in the refrigerator.

Wow! That's a first. Got to be more careful.

Years ago I did some subbing in the schools here and the principal of one of them would always say after the morning announcements, "Let's have a great day!"

I thought of that after I dumped almost a whole shaker of pepper on my egg. The top was loose.

I don't want to cry but I am, once again frustrated with technology and I don't have anything funny today.

I hope I don't need a new phone but my Youtube shorts are blurry. I have freed up a lot of storage space and they are still blurry.

We finally got our new printer to behave and I don't want to have to get used to a new phone.

Oh well. I will find Clyde and he will come up with something funny to cheer me up.
