I am a big fan of Peanuts by Charles Schultz and have a lot of books with his comics.
Yesterday I was reminded of the time Snoopy asked his bird friend Woodstock why birds that are confronted by a car scatter instead of flying. Woodstock's reply was he didn't know.
Yesterday some birds were scooting across our big patio in some sort of panic. Why didn't they fly?
Who knows.

Yesterday I listened to a video about artists and social media.
They were talking about trolls and how it is not helpful to respond to them but one lady had such a great retort that she would have liked to use.
A guy said it was about time she realized that she did not have any artistic talent. Her retort was, "Isn't it about time you realize your mother should throw you out of her basement?"
I'll bet it took a huge amount of restraint to keep from posting that one! LOL!

More and more I wish I had gotten a degree in Computer Science.
Even though my husband had a job working on a computer we still need help sometimes and we have to pay a yearly fee to get that help.
We get one free help session each year.
Wow! Sometimes we need to pay a plumber and now we have to pay to keep our computer going.
We received a notice of an update that nearly ruined our computer so we had to have it removed by the Help service. The expert had a hard time removing it.
Oh well. I am sure we are not the only ones that need computer help at times.

Remember the George of the Jungle song?
George, George, George of the Jungle, friend of you and me. Watch out for that tree! Of course George clunks right into it.
Well, my poor husband was working on some flowers in the back yard and ran into a rhododendron branch.
Ouch! He had to lie down for a while with an injured eye. It is better now.
Whew!
