Spring Church Scene is a vibrant, colorful celebration of seasonal beauty. I love to paint scenes that have soft, natural shapes with precise, architectural forms. I never think of a building as just a utilitarian object. They are all huge pieces of sculpture and I greatly admire the creators of such wonderful art. Where ever I go I always pay close attention to the different types of architecture and I especially enjoy all the examples of post modern works. Belle Heth Elementary school in Radford, VA is wonderful post modern work.
