I have been doing what could be passed for fast yoga today. So much of the poses we take when we do housework are the same as yoga poses. The difference is I am not breathing slowly when I do table top to clean the bathroom floor and my downward dogs to pick up stuff on the kitchen floor are pretty quick.
I am so pleased that my arms have gotten a lot stronger and I can hold the downward dog pose for a very long time which is what the teacher requires us to do. I use to want to let out a dog yelp and get back to table top before my arms bent.
Anyway, now it is time to sit in front of the computer and get to all the sit down work I need to do. I really am a workaholic and sometimes I think I am on skid row, clicking and typing my fingers off.

Saturday night there is a old horror movie channel show on with a host that likes to make a lot of jokes about the movies. Last time he had a crazy advertisement for glow in the dark clothes. I asked Clyde if he would like a glow in the dark outfit.
No, then people that want to do me in could see me better.
Who would want to do that?
Don't you know why hunters are required to wear blaze orange?
So they don't get hit by a deer hunter.
No. It is blaze orange so a hunter that sees you can blaze away.
Ha ha. So no glow in the dark clothing for you.
Right.
Clyde doesn't like to hunt but his Dad lived to hunt so I thought this joke would be fun to put here!
