Yea!!! My back is well and I can get back to work not that I stopped work completely. But for me the last few days have been a vacation. We workaholics pay for being workaholics. I can't help it if I am a revved up painter. Also, there is always a dirty dish in my future and various other household chores.

And my piano must be played. It isn't a piece of furniture. Anyway, I will be working on the second stage of Pawleys Island Atmosphere. Wow! I decided to look up the calorie count of a very popular restaurant that specializes in buns. I don't want to get into any trouble here so I will not give the name. One of the buns has a calorie count of 1080! A lot of them are 500 and there is only one item that is 250.
