I am more than halfway through my new website on Wix! What a lot of work. I am one prolific artist and when it is done there will be a little over 400 originals available for purchase. I have been painting for more years then I care to admit and have sold a lot of work.
At this point I have originals and prints in 31 states and 6 countries other than the US. A lot of artists throw away the ones they don't sell but I can't do that. I have worked too hard to discard any of them. They are like children that I am determined to find homes for. Not all of them are framed.
When someone requests one of those I either get them framed or they have them framed.
Some of mine are professionally framed but most of them are in good but inexpensive frames that patrons either keep the work in or have the work framed to suit their needs.

Almost the end of September and we are still getting mosquito bites. I don't know how they are getting in but this morning one was hovering above me and I lunged for it. Of course it got away and Clyde spent some time chasing it in the computer room but lost sight of it.
Saw a cute joke about mosquitoes on the net. A vegetarian mosquito is attacking an orange. The caption is This blood orange really sucks.
I don't think there are any vegetarian mosquitoes around here, just big time blood suckers. I wish I had counted all the bites I had gotten the past few summers. I'll bet this summer was a record number.
Wow! Those ones I got on my hand last night really itch.
