Blue Ridge Parkway Artist

It is heating up outside and I am looking forward to blowing up my inner tubes and going to Claytor Lake!  Love swimming there!  Alan and I do some laps and then we spin around in our tubes.  The temperature is climbing and I am looking fondly at my swimming suit. 

Last week I went to the Aquatic Center for the first time in many months.  It is so hard to find time to get over there but I did it last Wednesday which turned out to be high on my list of worst days ever.  Irritations galore plus bad news from a relative made me look forward to Thursday. 

Oh well, we all have bad awful days like Grover from Sesame Street.  I read Grover's Bad Awful Day to Alan many times and I often think of the solution.  Go get a ice cream sundae and cheer up!  I had a caramel creme yogurt bar instead but it was great!
