I am so tired I am feeling like the Walking Dead lately. Okay, you know you are an old person that does not watch much TV when you make a reference to something and not know what you are referring to. I decided I had better look and now I know The Walking Dead is a TV program about Zombies. I wouldn't say I am a Zombie but now that my back is completely well I am working too hard at everything. Sometimes I wonder why I am such a workaholic. I don't wonder long. Got it from my Dad. He didn't drink at all. He worked and so do I.
I know of too many people that developed a bad alcohol problem so I am not about to take up drinking. I might like it too much. I love everything that I do. I just wish I could turn into some sort of supergirl that helps the planet but still has time for everything else. Long ago I traveled to Spain with my mother and was having some stomach problems. She insisted I take some sort of medicine that had a tranquilizing effect on me. I never felt better in my life! Drugs are not the answer either.
Just wish there were more hours in the day and I had more energy. Shouldn't complain, but we all do.

Yoga has helped me very much and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to keep their body going. I learned a few years ago that exercise is not enough. Muscles seem to freeze with age. All the swiming, skating, and dancing is not enough.
Anyway, I go to class twice a week and also do small workouts at home. I like what it does for me but I don't like Yoga at all. It is strenuous and time consuming.
There is always a clock there and I try hard not to keep looking at it but I am anxious for the class to end.
I told Clyde I am always very glad to Namaste my butt right out the door when the class is over!
