Very discouraged with my piriformis problem. I have so much to do. Usually I am like a very busy bee but since this muscle keeps acting up I am like the bee in the cartoon I saw. The bee is carrying buckets of honey that is too heavy for him.

Clyde said I should let the honey ferment and then drink it.

I'll bet that would take care of the pain in my back!
