New River Trestle is an colorful, impasto painting of the trestle across from Memorial Bridge in Radford, VA I am especially pleased with the intricate surface on this piece.
Most of my paintings are creative elaborations of photographs that I take. I will never forget the day I took this one with my Pentax camera. My husband and waded in the New River so I could get this view of the trestle. That was a beautiful day!
This is a painting for people that like strong textural surfaces. This painting was chosen for the cover of the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce 2008-2009 Business Directory and Buyer's Guide.
The painting is in a silver colored metal frame.
