Artist's Description
Dirt Road Near Rock Castle Gorge is a colorful pastel drawing of a road which is partially covered with brush grass near Rocky Knob and Rock Castle Gorge. The pastel was applied in many layers and the surface is a complex web of small pastel marks.
Since I can't guarantee that this pastel would not arrive without pastel dust on the mat, I can't ship it framed. It is loose on a cardboard backing wrapped in acetate. Buyer will can it framed to suit individual taste.
I am very proud of the American Artist Award I received from famed pastelist Daniel Greene.
